I once saw coding only as a job skill. Comparing language structures and working through design problems myself changed that. Coding broadens the way you see problems. Some prominent voices in technology now say that learning to code is no longer necessary. On the surface, that can sound reasonable. But there is a paradox: the people saying it have already built the underlying skills. It is one thing for someone who already has those skills to say, "You do not need this." It is very different for someone who has not yet built them to follow that advice blindly. When someone who can already fly says they do not need wings, that does not mean a person who cannot fly should give up their own wings.
